Big cat

Whiskas recently ran an ad campaign called “Feeding your cat’s instincts,” which used a wee bit of Photoshop to show a domestic tabby doing big cat things. The best ones for wallpapers are the action shots — chasing a gazelle, stalking a herd of zebras, jumping at the hindquarters of an elephant — which are in a nice widescreen format, but also have the ad’s tagline and logo. The more square images are bare of ad copy. This one is my favorite, because in reality I can actually see my cat doing this.

The other images are worth a look, especially if you’re a cat person.

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou. Absolutely brilliant esp as the little cat is the spitting image of my Teega, who sadly died earlier this year, age 19. I could so see my new kitten doing this , he is ready to move up from hen stalking to bigger game!

My sympathies for your loss. It’s always hard to lose a beloved pet, and even more so after such a very long friendship. But it sounds like your new kitten is in good hands, with a couple of decades to look forward to. Perhaps in that time, a giraffe might wander your way…
