Go here, and forget about being productive.

National Geographic has launched a new Tumblr, called “Found.” For every image published in the magazine over the past 125 years, many, many more were rejected for various reasons, dropped into archives, and never seen again.

Now they are finding their way back into the light of day. And if you’re the kind of person who loves to pick up a National Geographic magazine just to admire the photography — or leafed through your parents’ copies when you were a kid — then this Tumblr will be the end of your productivity for a good long time.

About Fletcher DeLancey

Amazing and varied snips of history, geography, culture… and nostalgia. I’m going to bookmark this for browsing during those occasional idle hours.
