Behind the scenes: hummingbirds

Okay, after the last few posts, we need something cool. This definitely fits the bill: behind-the-scenes footage from the making of a hummingbird documentary. You’ll want to watch in full screen and HD if you can.

A total absence of hummingbirds is one of the great, glaring deficiencies of the Old World. Lots of neat birds here, but no hummers.

About Fletcher DeLancey

Socialist heathen and Mac-using author of the Chronicles of Alsea, who enjoys pondering science, politics, well-honed satire (though sarcastic humor can work, too) and all things geeky.

I love your blog! You have some of the neatest and coolest posts and links that can be found on a single site.

While I am an American originally from the Boston area and am now living in CT, my husband was born in Brazil. So I too have an “American/Portuguese” connection! 😉

Thanks for sharing your posts with all of us out there (here)!

You’re welcome, and thank you for writing in. The best part of this blog has always been the fun of hearing from people “out there” — well, that and knowing that there are so many other geeks in the world.
