Wallpaper Monday

The Algarve is heating up, the wildflowers and grasses are turning brown, and I’m already missing the lushness of early spring. So this photograph of a cemetery in Berlin, Germany was very appealing. It looks like a lovely place to walk, listen, and contemplate.

This looks a lot like birches near my home. No wonder – you could say Berlin is in the neighbourhood :)Oh, and temperatures are finally ok to wear t-shirt without freezing.

Watching the calm and serene nature in this cemetery, I think of those affected recently by nature fury, particularly Mississippi flood and tornado victims in your nation. If you don’t mind, I would like to dedicate this picture to them.

I just heard about the Missouri tornado this morning — haven’t been online for a day. I agree with your dedication…it is certainly the other face of Nature.
